    The staff was cute and made sure our family felt right at home. The room was spacious enough for our two little kids to play around. We loved the beautiful decorations around the lobby too.

    In my wife's opinion, it could use a few more family-friendly activities.

    The hotel was a brilliant place for enjoying a very nice area, very close to many facilities, Greeneville, and RESTRAUNTS. The stuff where amicable and efficient day and night. Particularly good and absolutely perfect location - within a walking distance of everywhere we needed. Dessert restaurant Tcby located 2 mi away was a nice surprise...

    The decor was as if someone ran out of money halfway through, and to find a live bug in our bathroom was absoluteley unacceptable. I nearly gave this place a good review, but then having to pry the sliding glass door open was just too much. I expected a pleasant stay in return for my money, but alas, no.

    The breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable.

    The room that I stayed in wasn't too bad although the lamps had all been unplugged so it was difficult getting them all plugged back in and required moving some furniture to do so. We did find a dead bug on our floor and our friends complained of finding multiple dead bugs in their rooms.

    The desk receptionist is very friendly, and the room was reasonably clean. We found the location very convenient, with easy access to downtown for dining and local attractions. Plus, there are plenty of options for restaurants nearby, a huge plus for our family. The room also featured excellent bathroom lighting.

    The Beautiful Queen Room had a tv and a nice sitting area. The mattress protector felt fresh, and the bedding was comfy. I loved the location. Plenty of food places around and Walmart was super close. A couple of pillows could use an upgrade, but overall the room was spacious and clean. No coffee pot, but the towels were fluffy!
